I recently participated in a brainstorming session with a woman I know, but rarely work with. (Yes, I'm ending a sentence with a preposition. I can do that. I know the rules so I can choose to break them.)
It was a blast. There's something tremendously energizing about tapping into new ideas and new approaches.
The next time you have a creative challenge to solve, use your brain. Look beyond the usual suspects. Expand your creative team and enjoy!
