Thank you so much for sharing... stressing over homework and college applications had me completely fried, and doing nothing for two wonderful minutes was exactly what I needed. Now I'm getting back at it while listening to the waves in the background... I think I'll reward myself with a 'mental health break' after every major milestone :).

Hi Elizabeth! I'm so glad it helped. And I think taking a mental health break after every major milestone is a wonderful idea. It's amazing how refreshing even a short rest, a chance to breathe, can be.
