Music, without a doubt. But the only thing that keeps away the mean reds, what Holly called them in Breakfast at Tiffany's, is regular exercise. Especially exercising to music!
I love to go to the boats and gamble with my sister. Penny machines. We keep half of what we "win" on each machine. If we put 10 cents in and get back five, we feel like winners. We play as partners. Total goober approach to gambling, and complete fun. We generally spend less than we would for movie and a dinner. And, now and then, we truly win!

I second the music comment....The Eels in the am- What a Beautiful DayIn the pm for bad days some Rage Against the Machine, good days might include Arcade Fire (nice blend of u2/bruce & pipe organs) sounds odd but good stuff.
